- The item received must be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The request for a replacement must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Proof of Damage or Defect
To verify that an order is eligible for replacement, customers must:
- Send clear pictures of the damaged or defective item to our support email at contact@thesculptly.store.
- Include the order number and a brief description of the issue.
Our support team will review the images and assess the claim. If deemed eligible, we will process the replacement order.
3. Replacement Process
Once the damage or defect is verified, we will:
- Confirm the replacement approval via email.
- Ship the replacement item within 5 business days of approval, at no additional cost to the customer.
4. Non-Eligible Replacement Conditions
Orders will not be eligible for replacement if:
- The damage is due to misuse, neglect, or accidental handling after the product has been received.
- The item was reported after the 7-day window for reporting issues has passed.
